Education KTU Faculty of Medicine

He completed his primary and secondary education in Rize and graduated from Rize High School in 1988-1989 academic year. In 1990, he started his medical education by winning KTU Faculty of Medicine. Between 1993 and 1997, he served as the president of the medical faculty student association and the General Secretary of KTU Student Association. In 1994, he was elected as the president of TÖBAK (Medical Students Scientific Research Branch) established within the Faculty of Medicine. In 1995, he was elected as the president of KTU BAT (Scientific Research Society) and on the occasion of this duty, he was a member of the board of directors of KTU KÜFAK (Cultural Activities Branch).He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In the same year, he was appointed as a general practitioner to Erdoğdu health center within the Ministry of Health and after working in this duty for 1 year, he was assigned to 112 Emergency Services Branch Directorate. In 1999, he was appointed as assistant chief physician at Trabzon Numune Hospital and continued this duty until 2003. In September 2002, he won the TUS exam and started his specialty education in KTU Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery in February 2003. In 2003, he won the assistant representative election and served as assistant representative for 5 years. On 05.05.2008, he completed his specialty training and became a pediatric surgery specialist. In 2008, he was appointed to Bayburt State Hospital as a Pediatric Surgery specialist within the scope of the 20th term state service obligation lottery. In 2009, he was assigned to Trabzon Maternity and Children's Hospital.Since 2011, he has been working as a Pediatric Surgery Specialist at Trabzon Imperial Hospital.

Ali Alperen is married with two children and speaks English.
