EVERYONE APPLYING TO A HEALTH CARE INSTITUTION TO RECEIVE HEALTH CARE;

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
Individuals should do their best to take care of their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life.
If the individual is suitable, they can donate blood or donate organs.
In simple cases, individuals should take care of themselves.
Social Security Status
The patient must report any changes in their health, social security and personal information on time.
The patient must have the visa of their health card (such as Bağ-kur, green card) on time.
Informing Healthcare Workers
The patient must provide complete and complete information about their complaints, previous illnesses, whether they have received any inpatient treatment, the medications they are currently taking, and all their health information.
Compliance with Hospital Rules
The patient must comply with the rules and practices of the healthcare institution they apply to. The patient must comply with the referral chain determined by the Ministry of Health and other social security institutions. The patient is expected to cooperate with healthcare workers during the treatment, care and rehabilitation process. If the patient is using a healthcare facility that provides service by appointment, they must comply with the date and time of the appointment and report any changes to the relevant authority. The patient must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors. The patient must cover any damages they cause to hospital supplies. Compliance with Recommendations Regarding Treatment The patient must listen carefully to recommendations regarding treatment and medications and ask about any points they cannot understand.
If the patient cannot comply with recommendations regarding treatment, they must inform the healthcare worker.
· The patient must indicate whether or not they have understood the health care and post-discharge care plan correctly as expected.
· The patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing the treatment to be applied or not following the recommendations.
